Monthly Association Fees:

The condominium fees for 2017 are currently $275.00 per month or $825.00 per Quarter. This fee provides each unit with the following services: 

  • water
  • sewer
  • lawn/landscaping maintenance
  • exterior building & liability insurance
  • monthly trash pick up
  • monthly pest service
  • basic building maintenance
  • legal fees

NOTE: Cable/Internet Service is NOT included in your monthly association dues. Each unit must set up their own account with Comcast/Xfinity. Any installation or modifications made to the exterior of the buildings must be approved in writing by the association.

* Please remember that Harbour Villas one of many associations that belong to a "Master Association (Bay Point Community Association or BPCA). The BPCA has its own rules and regulations that all residents of Bay Point must adhere to, as well as an annual assessment. Please contact their office to obtain a copy of their documents or if you should have any questions about the BPCA membership or its fees.
